Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Poll Workers

As the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, begins to prepare for the 2020 Election Cycle they intend to hire 4,000 Poll Workers.  If you, or a relative, friend, neighbor or co-worker who would be interested in an opportunity to join a team of Poll Workers, please contact the Poll Worker Department at (561) 656-6200, option 3 or by email at pollworker@pbcelections.org.

Poll Worker Pay*
  • Clerk: $320.00
  • Assistant Clerk: $250.00
  • Inspector: $220.00
  • Ballot Inspector: $200.00
  • Tabulation Inspector: $200.00
  • Precinct Deputy: $190.00

*Rate of pay includes Election Day, Training, and election night return. If you retired from an FRS employer less than one year ago, working as a Poll Worker may jeopardize your FRS pension. Contact the Florida Retirement System at 1-866-446-9377 to verify how working as a Poll Worker will affect your FRS benefits.
