Food Truck Registration

The City of Westlake Eats & Beats night on Friday October 7th, 2022 from 5 PM to 9 PM will have limited food vendor spots available.

To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded.  A $100.00 Vendor Fee is due no later than September 25th to participate as a food vendor and may be paid online upon completion of registration and submission of required documentation.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  1. Certificate of Insurance (COI), naming the City of Westlake as the Certificate Holder
  2. Most recent annual fire inspection from Palm Beach County Fire Department
  3. Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) License
  4. Proof of State Alcohol License, if applicable
  5. Event Day Menu
  6. 2 photos of food truck

Food Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee.  Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so food vendors must bring their own generators! 
 
PLEASE NOTE: No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space.  The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel.  All vendor space will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
