Market Vendor Registration - City of Westlake Annual Annual FourthFest
The City of Westlake Annual FourthFest is Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. A $50.00 Vendor Fee is due no later than FRIDAY, JUNE 14, 2024 to participate as a market vendor and must be paid online upon completion of registration. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
Market Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Coordinator. Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
If space is available, Vendors will be allowed to pay an extra $50 fee to add on an additional 10 by 10 space.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors will be provide a 10 x 10 tent, table and 2 chairs. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
