Alert and Notification System

The City is excited to announce that it has implemented CodeRED, a high-speed emergency mass notification service provided by the Florida based company OnSolve, LLC.

The CodeRED system will serve as the backbone of the City’s emergency planning and communications outreach to both citizens and staff. Time-Sensitive and critical communications will be pushed out to residents by telephone calls, text messages, emails, a CodeRed App, and posts to social media channels(coming soon) to inform residents to better protect life and property.

To help grow your database with the most reliable information, please visit the link below, or in the menu to the left for a secure, customized Community Notification Enrollment (CNE) page to allow residents and businesses to add or update their contact information, ensuring that they will be included when a message is sent – unlisted numbers, mobile numbers, TDD/TTY requirements can all be entered and are encouraged to be added.
