Election update – It is my understanding from the City attorney that we should be ok to handle the election is in March. The attorney is waiting on some final confirmation from the Supervisor of elections. The City clerk is working with the City Attorney on this matter.

Solid Waste – The calls have dropped to zero. We have had a little issue with the first homes closed in the Meadows but is has been addressed. 

Seminole Pratt Whitney Road – There are no changes in the information from last week.

Home Development –The City is now up to 300 homes closed in Hammocks and 32 homes closed to date in Meadows. I understand they are still projecting to close approximately additional homes by December 31st.

Land Development
• Waters Edge road project is complete with the first layer of asphalt. No landscaping has been installed as of this date.
• The Cresswind project is continuing to install infrastructure at a rapid pace. Seminole Improvement District is inspecting the infrastructure improvements.
• Sky Cove project is continuing to install infrastructure and lakes. SID is inspecting the infrastructure work.
• Persimmon East roadway is beginning to have the curbs installed and preparation for road base.
• The contractor is continuing the excavation of the lake in POD J for the perimeter lakes.
 

Florida Power & Light - The FPL Solar site continues to move forward.

Land Development Regulations – Staff is continuing to work on the Land Development Regulations for the upcoming council meetings.

Housing Assistance Program – We received an additional sixty one thousand dollars from a land sale for inclusion in the HAPPY fund.

Fire Station 22 – The estimated completion date for the station is December 31st.

Roadway lighting on Seminole Pratt Whitney (SPW) – there is no change in the street lighting on SPW.
