Election update – The City Clerk is responding to inquiries and continuing to coordinate the election process. I understand we are still waiting on some information and documentation from the Supervisor or Elections. The Notice of Election Ad has been placed and appropriate items posted.

Solid Waste – There are some minor start up issues in the Meadows with the new closings. The contractor is working out the issues and residents are being picked up.

Seminole Pratt Whitney Road – The contractor is working to have the road open for the holidays.

Home Development –The City is now up to 300 homes closed in Hammocks and 32 homes closed to date in Meadows. I understand they are still projecting to close approximately 20 additional homes by December 31st.

Land Development Regulations (LDRs)– Staff is continuing to work on the LDR’s for the upcoming council meetings. The LDR’s will begin to be back before you, beginning in February.

Housing Assistance Program – We have six current applicants various phases of the process.

Fire Station 22 – The Fire Station received a 90 day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on Friday. The Building department, Planning and Zoning, Consulting Engineer for this project, the SID engineer all worked closely together to accomplish this task.
