Water Level Complaints – It is my understanding the complaint issues have been resolved and the area is continuing to be monitored. SID has since raised the water level and with some much needed rain the area south should rehydrate.
Seminole Pratt Whitney Road – In the next two weeks the contractor will be doing a lane change and the connections to the water and waste water pipes in Seminole Pratt Whitney Road. The work is progressing along to the construction schedule.

Florida Power & Light - The FPL Solar site continues to move forward. The Seminole Improvement District sent a letter and is scheduling meetings to resolve the issues.
Fire Station 22 – The FS is still working on a 90-day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. The building department is working with the contractor to complete the close out of the project.
