Election Updates

Congratulations to JohnPaul O'Connor who ran unopposed for Mayor, and Candidate Greg Langowski who also ran unopposed in Group 4. Candidates for Group 2 were Francisco Costoya, Julien Martinez and Pillar Valle Ron.  Ms. Valle Ron was appointed at the December 6th Council meeting to fill the vacant seat of Group 2, formerly held by Patric Paul.  Mr. Costoya resigned from the race December 9th leaving Mr. Martinez unopposed.  As a result of candidates being unopposed, the City of Westlake will not be holding an election March 8, 2022.
