Market Vendor Registration
The City of Westlake Eats & Beats night on Friday October 7th, 2022 from 5 
PM to 9 PM will have limited market vendor spaces available.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. A $50.00 Vendor Fee is due no later than September 25th to participate as a market vendor and may be paid online upon completion of registration.
Market Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee. Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors must provide own 10 x 10 tent (with weights, stakes will not be allowed) & table. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
