Market Vendor Registration - City of Westlake Annual SpringFest
Celebrate the joy of spring at Westlake’s 3rd Annual SpringFest on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be limited market vendor spaces available, and you are invited to participate.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details. Upon completion of your registration, the confirmation page will include a link to make your $50.00 Market Vendor registration payment. The DEADLINE to Register is Saturday, March 15.
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, OR THOSE WITHOUT THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid.
If space is available, Vendors will be allowed to pay an extra $50 fee to add on an additional 10 by 10 space.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors must provide their own 10 x 10 tent (with weights, stakes will not be allowed) & table. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
