Market Vendor Registration - Holiday Pop Up Market
The City of Westlake Holiday Pop Up Market on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and will have limited market vendor spaces available.
To request a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. Market Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee. Vendors will be contacted directly upon approval and will receive a payment link to pay the required $100.00 registration fee. Please Note: You are NOT guaranteed a space after registration, vendors will be contacted upon review and approval. The DEADLINE to Register is Friday, November 15 at 4:00 PM.
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
Market Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee. Spots will not be held or guaranteed until this fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so vendors must bring their own generators!
If space is available, Vendors will be allowed to pay an extra $100 fee to add on an additional 10 by 10 space.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors must provide their own 10 x 10 tent (with weights, stakes will not be allowed) & table. No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor spaces will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
