NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING

VARIANCE REQUEST 2021-01

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Westlake Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING, Monday, April 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible at the Westlake Community Center/City Council Chambers, 4005 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida, 33470.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on Variance Request 2021-01 requested by Minto PBLH, LLC of the property located at 5075 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Westlake, Florida 33470.  The applicant is seeking approval of a variance to allow eighty (80) percent dead end streets where the Interim Unified Land Development Code  allows a maximum of twenty (20) percent dead end streets; Granting the applicant relief from Article 3, 2.A.2.a. Dead End Streets.

Section  286.0105, if any interested party wishes to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, such interested parties will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
