Please submit a copy of your professional license once it is renewed with the DBPR.

The renewed license should be emailed to the two individuals listed below:

It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that their registration remains in good standing with the City

of Westlake.  Current copies of the above documents need to be provided prior to the expiration date(s) to avoid

penalty fees.
