City of Westlake Courtesy of the Palm Beach County Health District will Host a COVID-19 Testing Popup

The City of Westlake with the assistance of the Palm Beach County Division of Emergency Management, and the resources of the Palm Beach County Health District will Host COVID-19 Mobile Health Testing.  On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, free walk-up testing will be available (please be patient, as there may be a wait).  Mobile testing will be conducted at the Amenity Center - 16290 Town Center Parkway N.

Westlake Residents are encouraged to receive testing if they are experiencing any symptoms of the virus.  

Please note the following additional details.

• Bring a driver’s license or photo ID
• Please wear a mask and practice social distancing if waiting
• Testing is open to all ages and you don’t need to have symptoms to be tested
• A nasal swab test will be administered
• Follow all instructions from local Law Enforcement
• There are no bathrooms at the testing locations
• Call the Testing Hotline at 561-642-1000 if you have any questions.

Testing is a quick process, but in an effort to expedite your time, below you will find an Intake Assessment form (English, Spanish and Creole) which may be completed in advance and brought with you to streamline your time at the testing location.

Results which are conducted by Quest Diagnostics are provided as soon as they are available.  Individuals with positive test results will be notified immediately.  Individuals tested may also access their results directly from Quest, additional information on how to retrieve those results are provided at the COVID-19 Test Results link below.
