Food Truck Registration - Holiday Pop Up Market
The City of Westlake Holiday Pop Up Market on Sunday December 11, 2022 from 10 AM to 3 PM.
To register for a space at this year's event, please complete the following details and the following documentation must be uploaded. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
A $150.00 Food Truck Vendor Fee is due no later than Monday, November 28th to participate as a food vendor and must be paid online upon completion of registration and submission of required documentation. INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED WHEN COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Certificate of Insurance (COI), naming the City of Westlake as the Certificate Holder
- Most recent annual fire inspection from Palm Beach County Fire Department
- Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) License
- Proof of State Alcohol License, if applicable
- Event Day Menu
- 2 photos of food truck
Food Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Event Committee. Spots will not be held or guaranteed until the fee has been paid. Electricity is limited, so food vendors must bring their own generators!
PLEASE NOTE: No vendor booth or signage may extend beyond assigned space. The areas in front of your booth must remain open for foot traffic and emergency personnel. All vendor space will be inspected prior to opening to ensure they are in compliance.
