Charlotte Leonard, Councilwoman

Charlotte Leonard, born and raised in South Florida, grew up in Pleasant City, the oldest African-American community in West Palm Beach. Through hard work, dedication and her undying passion for serving others, she rose through the ranks and is currently a healthcare operations executive. 

 In recognition of her excellence in business and community leadership, she was designated South Florida’s Most Powerful & Influential Black Leaders in Business. Charlotte holds a Master‘s in Health Law from Nova Southeastern University and is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker.
